Infants & Young Children
In the words of Leila Janah, "Talent is equally distributed, but opportunity is not." At Bauer, we strive to provide children with the chance to explore their potential from the very beginning. Through a range of programming for infants and young children, we equip the community’s youth with the essentials they need for survival and the knowledge and tools to help them build optimistic futures.
Youth Services
Our afterschool and summer services are engineered to enable youth in our community to learn, grow and flourish. Focusing on interpersonal connections as the basis for healthy human services, these programs are designed to empower youth to excel in school, become active members in our community and lead healthy, practical lives while engaging their families to be instrumental to their success.

Family-Centered Services
Our comprehensive network of services improves lives and reinforces a family’s ability to achieve self-sufficiency through the development of life-long skills. Designed to minimize the risk factors associated with child abuse and neglect while educating and supporting families, these prevention and intervention services help to strengthen the capacity for families to navigate difficult times and make positive choices starting today and continuing tomorrow.
