Kimberly Ryan

Early Care and Education Director

Kim joined Bauer as the Education Supervisor for our Betty Rowe (formerly Eisenhower) location in December 2017.  Since then, she has had the role of Early Head Start Manager and became the Early Care and Education Director in August of 2021.  Kim has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Eastern Kentucky University.  Kim has worked within the social service field for over 15 years and primarily with Head Start for a combined total of 8 years.  Kim has a passion for supporting staff and the agency through a trauma-informed lens to provide the best practices to children and families.

In her spare time, she enjoys crafting and spending time with her husband and two children.
