Jesse joined Bauer’s Board shortly after starting his own company, Salud Revenue Partners. He brings more than 30 years’ experience in hospital and physician group strategy, finance and revenue cycle operations. Jesse’s experience includes working for hospitals serving impoverished communities. Seeing the challenges of these communities drew Jesse to Bauer. Jesse appreciates Bauer’s significant contributions to the greater Lafayette community, particularly its service to struggling families and youth. His company has decorated its office and hosted Bauer head start children for holiday events in the fall and winter; special moments for both the children and the company’s staff.

Jesse has served in a variety of roles at Bauer, including Treasurer, Chairperson, and Vice-Chairperson. In his spare time, he enjoys running, watching his two teenagers participate in sports and choir, and frequenting local restaurants with his wife, Maria.
