About Bauer’s Pregnant Women’s Program

Through regular prenatal education and support from Bauer’s specially trained Home Visitor, women enrolled in the program learn the do’s and don’ts of a healthy pregnancy as well as the connection between their changing bodies and the growth of their unborn child. When the baby celebrates its 6th week of life, mom and infant are automatically enrolled in one of our two Early Head Start infant-toddler programs. Families participate in Bauer’s Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) and elect representatives to Bauer’s Policy Council.
